This is a demonstration store, so the call, the pricing and the API all work end to end while payments run in Stripe test mode. The booking calendar is the same kind of scheduling a hotel, a dental practice or any service business can use.

How to join

Tell us roughly how much you expect to move in a month and book a thirty minute call. On that call we agree the level, set up the account and, if you sell online, issue the API key. Your account switches to trade pricing the moment the call ends, and the prices you see in the shop change with it.

Which level fits

Levels are set by monthly volume, and they replace the retail quantity discounts rather than stacking with them: twenty seven percent off at a thousand cans a month, rising to forty percent at fifty thousand. There is no joining fee and no minimum term, and moving between levels is a conversation rather than a contract.

Selling PEWES from your own shop

A reseller with an online shop can push orders straight into our system through the dropshipping API: you sell, we ship to your customer under your name, you invoice them and we invoice you. There is a WooCommerce plugin that connects a WordPress shop in a few minutes, and the API itself is plain REST with idempotency keys, so a retry never creates a second order.

What we need from you

A company, a delivery address for each location you stock, and a card on file for dropship orders. Everything else, including the repeat deliveries and the order history, lives in your account.

What you stock

The whole shelf, or the part of it that fits your room: thirty eight flavours, four ranges, one can size, three caffeine strengths. Gyms tend to take the sugar free range and the boost strength; offices take the middle of the range; hotels take whatever photographs best on a minibar shelf.

Repeat deliveries per location

Each location you stock gets its own delivery address and its own repeat order, so a chain does not have to place the same order five times. The order history in your account is split the same way.

The dropshipping side

If you sell online, the dropshipping API takes an order from your shop and ships it to your customer under your name. It is plain REST with idempotency keys, documented the way the WooCommerce REST API is, and there is a WordPress plugin that wires a WooCommerce shop to it in a few minutes.

Retail prices and the retail quantity ladder are in the shop; trade pricing replaces them rather than stacking with them.
